Our Bakery

We're serious about careful food preparation. Because celiac disease runs in our family, we take the same precautions in our kitchen as you would in yours.


Our bakery is dedicated to producing foods that are healthy, delicious and guaranteed gluten-free. Wheat and other gluten-containing grains are banished from the bakery, and none of the eight common allergens are used in our recipes. We bake with certified gluten-free flour and fresh, whole seeds from Guisto's, whose dedicated facility is inspected and recognized by the Celiac Sprue Association.

We practice strict quality control measures designed to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination by gluten. We routinely batch-test our products utilizing ELISA technology to confirm they do not exceed 10 ppm (parts per million) of gluten, the lowest level of detectable gluten that will not trigger an adverse reaction (Note: 10 ppm is even lower than the FDA's limit of 20 ppm). Our facility is inspected and approved for organic operation by Oregon Tilth, and staff are trained in current Good Manufacturing Processes.
